Hello Everyone,
Although it is impossible to say exactly what all the variables will be in the provider’s role (number and kinds of responsibilities) that involve the knowledge and skill set of an aesthetic caregiver the following attributes will help to profile this very unique professional.
An Aesthetic Caregiver is:
- A professional who is charged with the aesthetic care of another.
- A professional who is assigned certain responsibilities to meet the expectations of their client or patient seeking their specialized expertise.
- A person who is a great communicator who can make good sense of the practices and principles associated with aesthetic procedures.
- A professional who gives a special vigilance to the transference of his or her skills to those in need of their uniquely applied aesthetic expertise.
- An individual who is intelligent, well-organized and deeply feeling.
- A professional who possesses strong social skills and uses them at the appropriate time and in the appropriate manner.
- A person who is gratified by their relationships with their aesthetic clients and patients.
- Someone who fits into the role of an aesthetic professional perfectly.
- A professional who holds themselves accountable for the shared vision that they and their client have conceived.
- Multiple problem solvers.
- A professional who is capable of connecting truth with the proper aesthetic possibilities.
- A person who is secure enough within themselves that they can be more understanding, empathetic and loving of another to detect a need for them to temporarily expand the limits of their boundaries in order to help the individual they are caring for to feel safer and more accepted.
- A person who is capable of weighing their clients or patient’s needs with a realistic plan by which to predict the out-of-pocket expenses that their clients or patients will have to anticipate well in advance of the proposed treatment strategy.
- A professional who is emotionally capable of expressing empathy for his or her clients / patient s and yet, one who can remain detached and clear-headed enough to focus on the more detailed technical areas of care that require special consideration.
- A professional who is alert enough to see when another session is required and does not try to overwhelm his or her clients or patients to fit them into an unrealistic timeframe.
- A person who is strong enough to relinquish control when the situation requires them to do so
- A professional who is aware of the complexities of the procedures and has the where-if-all to make them look like they can be performed with ease.
- A professional who is constantly investigating new methods and advances and is always exploring new ways to expand on their treatment applications.
