Serial psychopaths have serious dysfunctional patterns that play out in their professional environments. In many cases their vindictive natures are so elusive they go undetected indefinitely until predictable patterns begin to emerge. Depending on their circle of power they can infect a whole company or even an entire industry at large. A professional psychopath is a person who undermines and destroys anyone who stands tall and defends his or her beliefs. Psychopaths fear intimidation and will do everything possible to neutralize an adversary who decides to take them on.
They tend to be arrogant personality types that know how to stir up conflict in ways that are not so readily apparent to those around them. If someone challenges their authority or their personal beliefs they will launch a bitter and cruel vendetta. Their strategy begins by belittling the person they seek to minimize in the mind of others. The people they recruit to assist them are usually weaker personality types, persons who can be easily influenced or who are most likely to fear the retaliation of the professional psychopath if they resist them.
The first step toward destroying their opposition centers around the act of dismantling their target financially. This strategy is most effective because it renders their victims helpless – making it near impossible for them to defend themselves. Next, they look for ways to persecute their target, using gossip, rules, regulations, laws and any and all personal information they can gather to their advantage.
Most of the web that psychopaths weave; they have others spawn in place for them. Some of their accomplices assist unwillingly, often doing their dirty work without even realizing they are doing it. Psychopaths need to maintain maximum control, when all the while their true interest lies in escaping accountability for what is being done to their victims. According to an article entitled: Behavior of the Serial Bully, attention seeker, and wannabe, “They gain great gratification from denying people what they are entitled to.” Despite their sophisticated veneer as a professional – the bully that lives inside of them is somewhere around the age of a kindergartener at heart. They rarely are loners, tend to run in packs and are often committeeaholics because it makes it harder to detect them.
When it comes to taking responsibility for the atrocities they commit on others, they claim they have no insight into their immoral actions whatsoever. Psychopaths in general lack the ability to feel any sense of ethical consideration toward others. They insidiously impose inauthentic truths on whomever they can in order to suit the requirements of their well concealed agendas.
