A couple of late nights studying and some extra stress with school work and I started to feel the physical and emotional strain. - Vitamins C, E to fight off effects that free radicals produce

- Zinc – support numerous body functions and keeps immune system strong

- Primrose oil can be used in place of oil supplements
What to Avoid As Much As Possible –
- Stress, anxiety and depression
- Periods devoid of exercise activity
