Unpredicted behaviors triggered by who knows what are just another part of our humanness. In interfacing and communicating with others we sometimes say and do things that are not intentional, yet, for whatever reason, our actions, are nothing short of downright beastly and hurtful. I have often wondered, what is it that brings out the worst in us and exposes all this underlying negativity that we, pretty much camouflage most of the time. What follows is a list of possible triggers that can cause wicked and indelicate responses in us. These are common triggers worthy of watching out for, because they might as well be loaded land minds. The harm they are capable of causing us can be far-reaching and long-lasting which merits the time and energy expended on our part to look into them – well spent.
